Norman Lemke

Norman Lemke is a seasoned professional in data management and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Management and Data Insights at Figma since October 2023. Previously, Norman held the position of Manager of Data Foundations at Stripe from February 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of senior analysts to generate business impact through advanced analytics and managing a significant cross-functional project on issue classification. At Google, from October 2012 to February 2020, Norman progressed from Data Analyst to Data Science Manager, overseeing a team dedicated to applied machine learning and significant improvements in data infrastructure and forecasting methods. Earlier experience includes roles at NTT DATA Deutschland GmbH and Maastricht University, coupled with technical expertise as an Electronic Technician for Automation Engineering. Norman holds a Master's degree in Infonomics from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Luiss Business School.
