Ralanda Nelson

Ralanda Nelson is an accomplished professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently, Ralanda serves as the Head of Belonging Equity & Impact at Figma since August 2022. Prior roles include Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & CSR at Squarespace and Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Employee Engagement at Mathematica. Ralanda has also held positions such as Senior Manager for Collegiate & Professional Programs at the National Society of Black Engineers and Deputy Director at the National Campus Leadership Council. Additionally, Ralanda worked at Two Sigma Investments as an Early-Careers Recruiter and completed a fundraising internship at Campaign Finance Officers. Educationally, Ralanda holds a B.A. in American Politics from Brown University, where involvement included serving as Student Body President.
