Rani Sivesind is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Figma since September 2021, Rani previously held various roles at Zendesk, including Senior Operations Manager, Customer Success, from January 2018 to September 2021. Rani's career began at Wellbe Inc. as an Implementation Success Manager, where responsibilities included guiding new hospital clients through implementation processes and optimizing Salesforce procedures.
