Genevieve S.

Genevieve S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture management, organizational development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies. Currently serving as Director of People & Culture at FIGS since March 2023, Genevieve oversees the company's culture program, employee engagement, and internal communications. Previously at Intercom, Genevieve held multiple roles, culminating as Senior Manager of DEI & Employee Engagement, where leadership of global DEIB initiatives was a key focus. Earlier experience includes significant positions at SoulCycle Inc., where Genevieve led learning and development efforts, and roles in digital marketing and design management at Ballet Beautiful and Yolk Literary Magazine. Genevieve holds dual B.S. degrees in Psychology and Creative Advertising from the University of Miami.
