Reyna V. is an experienced customer experience professional with a strong background in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as the Cx Sr. Manager of Partner and Project Management at FIGS since October 2019, Reyna oversees Quality Assurance, Training, and external partner teams while managing projects and incidents. Prior experience includes roles at Wag Labs Inc. from September 2016 to April 2019, where Reyna advanced from Customer Experience Manager to Senior Customer Experience Manager, leading a team of 200 Customer Care agents and optimizing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additional experience includes a Trust and Safety Manager role focusing on content evaluation and preventative measures, as well as a CS Manager position overseeing agent management and operational execution. Reyna began the professional journey as a Lead Sales Associate at Forever 21 from February 2015 to July 2016.
