Traci Schrah is an experienced talent management professional with a strong background in organizational development and strategy. Currently serving as the VP of Talent & Rewards at FIGS, Traci has held key roles such as VP of Talent Management & Operations at Verra Mobility and Director of Talent Management at Comcast Cable. Previous experience includes positions as Sr. Manager of Organizational Development at DIRECTV and Sr. Consultant for Strategy and Leadership at GE Healthcare. Traci Schrah earned a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University.
