James Blue is an accomplished financial and leadership professional with extensive experience in the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as President in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Figure Eight Federal since June 2022, James has previously held significant roles such as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at IDEMIA, overseeing financial operations across the Identity & Security Division in North America, and Vice President of Government Compliance and Business Systems at BAE Systems, Inc., managing extensive compliance initiatives across a major corporate structure. With a robust background in finance, James has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and compliance through leadership positions in BAE Systems, managing multi-billion dollar sectors in both platforms and intelligence. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
