Amanraj Singh

Amanraj Singh, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Figure since May 2023. Previously, Amanraj held the role of Manager of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting at Benchling from January 2021 to May 2023, where significant contributions included managing technical accounting matters, submitting draft registration statements to the SEC, and spearheading SOX compliance efforts in preparation for an IPO. Prior experience includes positions as Technical Accounting Manager and Senior Assurance Associate at PwC, where Amanraj focused on high growth companies and led teams for S-1 and F-1 filings, and as Senior Audit Associate at KPMG US, overseeing integrated audit engagements. Earlier career involvement includes internships at Intrexon Corporation and VMware. Amanraj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with an emphasis in Finance and Strategy from the University of California, Merced, and additional education from Santa Clara University.
