Jenn Bouchard

Jenn Bouchard has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Most recently, they have served as the Chief People and Administration Officer at Figure8, where they work closely with the Co-CEOs and Board of Directors to shape the organization's culture, structure, and administration. Jenn was also the Global Director of People and Culture at Figure8, where they focused on developing a working environment where team members could thrive.

Before joining Figure8, Jenn worked at Meta as the Head of Global Talent Enablement and at Facebook in several different roles. At Facebook, they served as the Head of Global Recruitment Marketing and Candidate Experience, Head of Global Talent Brand and Diversity Partnerships, Global Manager of Employee Experience and Events, Lead of Global People Operations, and Internal & Corporate Communications Manager. In these roles, they led various teams and initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee experience, branding, events, and communication.

Earlier in their career, Jenn worked at the NASBA Center for the Public Trust as the Manager of Operations and Marketing, where they played a key role in developing and managing national student initiatives and membership programs. Jenn also worked at The University of Alabama as a Junior Associate in Alumni and Media Relations and at amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, where they interned in Board and Donor Relations.
