Radhika Shrivastava

Radhika Shrivastava is the current Executive Director at FIIB. Radhika has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Radhika started their career as an Investment Officer at IFC - International Finance Corporation from January 2000 to December 2009. During their tenure, they were selected to the IFC Global Business Leadership Program Cohort 2006 and was a part of the Global Manufacturing and Services Department, and East Asia and Pacific Department. In January 1998, they joined Deloitte Consulting as an Associate and worked in the Philadelphia Office until December 2000.

Radhika Shrivastava is a DBA candidate at Henley Business School. Radhika has an MSc in Business and Management Research from Henley Business School and a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Radhika also has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. Radhika has completed a Design Thinking program at Harvard Extension School and another at Springdales School.
