Kamal Haer currently serves as the Executive Manager of Strategy, Alliances and Loyalty and Executive Manager of Global Sales at Fiji Airways, a position held since October 2023. In addition, Kamal Haer is a Board Member at Fijian Holdings Limited and previously held board roles at South Seas Cruises until May 2023 and at Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour earlier in 2023. Kamal's extensive career also includes significant leadership positions within IHG Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities spanned regional and area-level sales and marketing management across various locations in Japan, Indonesia, and the South Pacific. Other notable roles include Head of Marketing at ANZ, where regional retail strategies were developed, and positions at Digicel and Spark New Zealand focusing on product marketing and strategic initiatives. Kamal Haer holds a Master's degree in Business Marketing from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Public Administration from The University of the South Pacific.
