Peter Kellendonk possesses extensive experience in operations management within the cannabis industry and the restaurant sector. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at FIKA Cannabis since September 2021, Peter has previously held roles including Area Manager and General Manager within the same organization. Prior to FIKA Cannabis, Peter worked at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar from March 2016 to October 2021 as an Assistant Manager. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Brock University, completed in April 2010, and has furthered education at George Brown College from October 2010 to August 2011.
