Chad Kruger

Chad Kruger possesses extensive experience in process improvement and engineering, currently serving as the Process Improvement Manager at Fike Corporation since June 2014, where previous roles have included Production Manager for Pressure Relief and Oil Field and Senior Process Improvement Engineer. Prior to joining Fike Corporation, Chad worked at XALT Energy LLC from August 2008 to June 2014 as a Process Engineer, focusing on the commissioning of new manufacturing equipment, assembly line layout, process documentation, and troubleshooting. Chad began his career at EnerSys as a Process Engineer II from August 2005 to August 2008. Chad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and was previously enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, studying Mathematics.
