Jack Milligan has held various roles in Fikes Truck Line and Higher Roads, LLC since 2006. Jack started as President and CFO at Fikes Truck Line in August 2006 and later became the President in December 2009. In December 2013, they took on the role of President and CFO. At Higher Roads, LLC, they served as President from 2006 to 2013.
Jack Milligan attended Trinity University from 1970 to 1974, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management.
