Ladonna Vaughn-Crowl has been working as a Human Resources Manager at Fila USA since February 2006, prior to which Ladonna held the position of Assistant Human Resource Manager - East Region at Save-A-Lot from July 1999 to February 2006. Ladonna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources Management from Towson University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration/ Pre-Law from Catonsville Community College.
