Mikal Peveto

Mikal Peveto is an innovative leader with extensive experience in the footwear and apparel industry. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation at FILA since September 2022, Mikal spearheads global innovation in product, process, and business models. Previous roles include President of BLUMAKA, where Mikal advanced sustainable footwear initiatives and patented eco-friendly manufacturing processes, and Head of North America at Aō Air, focusing on cutting-edge air filtration technology. Mikal also held senior leadership positions at adidas AG, including Senior Director of Innovation, where the development and management of the Innovation Roadmap for Global Running were pivotal. With a background that includes entrepreneurship as the Owner of Cinque Creative Resource and Co-Founder/CMO of customatix.com, Mikal holds degrees from the University of South Alabama and Brevard College.
