Dorjee Tenpa began their career in 1994 as a Senior Sales/Marketing Manager at ADXPO, where they worked until 1998. Dorjee then joined DENTSPLY INTERNATIONAL as a Corporate Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Beretta USA as a Strategic Marketing Manager from 2003 to 2012, where they focused on building strategic firearm partnerships with industry alliances and government agencies. In 2012, Tenpa became the Director of Online Marketing at FILAMATIC, and their tenure there is ongoing.
