María Clara Fercovic De la Presa has worked in various roles since 2010. María Clara began their career as a Web journalist intern at Canal 13 S.A. in 2010. In 2011, they started working at the University of Chile as a Project Manager and UX Architect/Researcher in the Digital Media Department, where they organized digital projects, managed and prioritized the activities of seven professionals, and conducted research, design, and development of more than 13 websites. In 2013, they began working as a freelance UX Architect. María Clara then worked as an Edtech market researcher at Efecto Educativo in 2019. In 2020, they started working at Filament as an AI SaaS Strategy Lead and Knowledge Transfership Program with the University of Essex. María Clara also worked at the University of Essex as an AI SaaS Product Design & Strategy Lead and Knowledge Transfership Program with Filament AI, as well as at EBM (The Enterprise Bot Manager) as an AI SaaS Product Design & Strategy Lead and Knowledge Transfership University of Essex - Filament AI.

María Clara Fercovic De la Presa completed a Master's degree in Education and Technology from the IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society between 2018 and 2019. María Clara then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication in Journalism from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile between 2005 and 2010. In 2011, they completed a Digital Journalism and Internet Media Management degree from the Universidad de Chile. In 2015, they completed an Autobiographical Narrative Illustration degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
