Victor then had an internship in Innovation at Future Group do Brasil in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Product Marketing Assistant & Digital Marketing at Brinquedos Estrela. In 2013, they worked as a Global Social Media Specialist at Easy (Easy Taxi). In 2015, they became a Senior Social Media Specialist at Red Bull. In 2017, they became a Senior Community Manager at TFG Co. In 2018, they became a Frontend Developer at Wunderman Brasil. Finally, in 2019, they became a Frontend Developer at Filament AI.

Victor Vinci has an educational background in Advertising, having obtained a Bachelor's degree from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2013. More recently, they have been studying Web Development at Le Wagon, where they are currently pursuing a FullStack Developer degree.
