Gregor Aikman

Gregor Aikman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gregor is currently the Co-Founder & Managing Director of filament pd ltd since July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder & Design Director of the same company from May 2014 to June 2019. In 2021, they became the COO & Founder of STAC - Smart Things Accelerator Centre. Gregor worked as a Design Director at Surprise & Delight from April 2014 to November 2017. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Product Developer under their own name from April 2013 to May 2014. Gregor has also held positions as an Operations Director and Design Director at Meso Design from June 2008 to March 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Product Designer at Teknek from August 2007 to June 2008, and as a Props Designer and Sculptor at Skian Mhor from 2002 to 2008.

Gregor Aikman attended The Glasgow School of Art and the University of Glasgow from 2003 to 2008. Gregor earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Product Design Engineering from both institutions.
