Tim Prugar

Tim Prugar serves as the Head of Product and Engineering at fileAI, leading the development of generative AI and software engineering strategies while ensuring compliance with information security and data privacy through the Trusted AI framework. Previously, Tim was a Technical Advisor at Pindrop, where responsibilities included establishing the Asia Pacific and Japan office as the Founding Technical Lead and collaborating with executives to create tailored business demonstrations. Tim also worked as a Technical Advisor to the CTO at Pindrop, optimizing operations for a team of 150 and enhancing sales enablement processes. As VP of Operations and Product Owner at Next Caller, Tim drove significant revenue growth through strategic product initiatives. Earlier roles included serving as Dean of Students at both Achievement First and New Heights Academy Charter School, where Tim focused on improving academic environments and mentoring educational professionals. Tim holds an AB from Princeton University and an MA from Columbia University.
