Jeannette Castro has worked in the customer service and operations industry since 1997. Jeannette began their career at FileBank, Inc. as a Customer Service Manager/Operations and worked there until 2008. Jeannette then moved to Cornerstone Records Management where they held the role of Customer Service Operations Manager. In 2014, they joined East Coast Toyota as a Customer Relations Manager, where they acted as a liaison between Toyota, the region, the dealership, and the customer.
