Joel Hartzler

Joel Hartzler serves as the Director of Partnerships at Filene Research Institute since September 2017, focusing on account management and the establishment of diverse member relationships to enhance the organization's mission of transforming lives through innovative ideas and collaboration. Previously, Joel held the position of VP of Central Region at Baker Hill from May 2015 to August 2017 and served as Regional Manager at Harland Financial Solutions from July 2000 to May 2015, where responsibilities included account management and product specialization. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Account Manager at EDS Credit Union, starting as a Conversion Consultant and progressing through various positions. Joel earned a BBA in Finance and Economics from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business in 1990.
