Elio Capella

Elio Capella has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer at AFI Tecnología Información y Finanzas and BBVA - Corporate Investment Banking. In 2012 and 2013, they founded Kolobee, and in 2014 they founded Theirtories, where they developed a web service, native iOS and Android apps, and conducted data-driven feature development using A/B testing. Elio also hired, coached and led a small team of junior developers, and the Spanish Ministry of Culture granted the project with 50k€ (2nd out of 500 projects). From 2016 to present, Elio has been the Head of Development and Technical Lead at Filestage.

Elio Capella began their educational career in 1992 when they attended Hastings School of Madrid. Elio then attended Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Engineering. In 2016, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera Course Certificates.
