Natalie Hannapel

Natalie Hannapel, M.Ed., is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as the Director of Training and Customer Education at Filevine since November 2019. In this role, Natalie successfully manages a team of nine trainers and oversees program and project management for customer and internal learning initiatives. Previous experience includes directing mass tort, defense, and specialized law projects, as well as leading the Implementations team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where Natalie developed training programs for multiple Epic modules. With a career that began in classroom teaching, including positions at Fulton County Schools and Clarke County School District, Natalie holds a Master of Education in Reading Education and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from The University of Georgia.
