Sheena Finney

Sheena Finney has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sheena started their career as an Intern at AOL in 2005, where they conducted testing and analyzed data to improve the functionality of Netscape homepage and browser.

In 2007, Sheena worked as a Process Improvement Engineer at Advanced Composites, where they updated work instructions and standardized production shift notes to enhance operational efficiency and communication.

Sheena then joined Goodrich Aerospace as a Quality Engineer in 2007 and revitalized data files for First Pass Yield and Customer Return, standardizing data collection across multiple sites. Sheena also recommended a new chromate conversion process to meet industry requirements and reduce environmental impact.

At Collins Aerospace, Sheena held the role of an Industrial Engineer and Digital Project Team member from 2008 to 2019. Sheena analyzed data and created detailed models to advocate for process improvement. Sheena also utilized data from SAP and Excel to create load vs capacity models, which they presented to customers for rate readiness purposes.

From 2019 to 2021, Sheena worked as a Data Migration Analyst at LDSS INC, where they translated and documented Subject Matter Expert's requirements into business rules, applied them to data using SQL code, and presented the results to SMEs for validation and evolution of data packages.

Sheena'smost recent role is as a Data Migration Analyst at Filevine, where they are currently employed.

Sheena Finney completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1998, they graduated from Beavercreek High School, obtaining a Diploma from the Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Sheena then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Sheena furthered their academic journey by attending Wright State University, earning a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Sheena Finney acquired the "Programing for Data Science Nanodegree" certification from Udacity in March 2019.
