Tony Kontes

Tony Kontes has a diverse work experience starting from 2000. Tony began their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Support Engineer, where they performed Black Box Waterfall testing on HP printers, hardware, and firmware. Tony also wrote technical steps for customer facing documents and conducted data mining and reporting. Later, they worked as a Senior Help Desk Coordinator for Idaho Medicaid, providing tier 2 technical support and monitoring transmission lines for outages. Tony also performed beta support for pharmacy claim transactions.

In 2014, Tony joined Lionbridge as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Here, they conducted white box testing of Ed-Fi components in PowerSchool software using Agile methodologies. Tony became a Subject Matter Expert in Ed-Fi and trained fellow QA Engineers. Tony also tracked records in an Oracle database using SQL Developer.

In 2018, Tony had a brief role as a Support Desk at Fischers Technology before moving on to WaFd Bank as a QA Analyst. At WaFd Bank, they led the Credit Card project and was responsible for writing high-level test plans, test cases, risk assessment, budget proposals, and lessons learned. Tony also performed vendor reviews and provided backup testing on several other projects for various platforms used in the banking industry.

Currently, Tony works at Filevine as a QA Analyst. The start and end dates for this role are not provided, so it can be assumed that they are currently employed there.

Tony Kontes attended Boise State University from 1983 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Finance. Additionally, Tony holds a CompTIA A+ Certification, although information regarding the institution and the year of obtaining the certification is not provided.
