Gene Lewis

Gene Lewis has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Gene started their career as a Service Desk Technician at Primary Provider Management Company, Inc., where they worked with clients to analyze computing and network needs and installed appropriate solutions. Gene also completed A/B testing and set up FTP procedures.

Following this, Gene joined iHerb Inc. as a Service Desk Technician, troubleshooting and resolving web application issues escalated from customer support. Gene also assisted in monitoring website traffic and performance, and contributed to the development of IT strategic vision.

Gene then worked at CMIT Solutions of Everett as a Service Desk Technician, where they troubleshooted and resolved machine application issues. Gene also installed and configured Windows Server 2012 R2 and provided technical support for the organization.

Next, Gene joined Integrated Default Solutions as a Service Desk Technician, proactively monitoring customer trouble tickets and ensuring timely resolution within service level agreement timeframes.

Gene then became an Information Technology Consultant at Genesys, serving as a core team member in an international domain migration project. Currently, Gene is employed at FileWave as an Information Technology Operations Engineer, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Gene also works as a Software Support Engineer, providing assistance and resolving issues related to software.

Throughout their career, Gene has consistently demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, technical support, and system maintenance.
