Pierre Lescamela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and operational improvement within the maritime and technical sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Qualité des Opérations at Filhet Allard Maritime since May 2024, Pierre oversees quality initiatives and supports the enhancement and digitalization of operational processes. Previously, Pierre held the role of Ingénieur Sûreté de Fonctionnement at Ingeliance, focusing on methodology rewriting and process analysis. A long-term tenure at ST Management saw Pierre manage ISO 9001, ISM, and ISO 45001 certifications, implementing quality assurance and safety measures for a growing fleet. Earlier experience includes leading a technical operations team at Auchan and contributing to engineering studies at Lyonnaise des Eaux. Pierre holds a General Engineering degree with a focus on Mechanics and Applied Quality from Arts et Métiers.
