Kamal Belhaimer

Kamal BELHAIMER is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within the HR domain. Currently serving as the Directeur des Ressources Humaines Groupe at Filhet-Allard since October 2019, Kamal previously held the position of Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Groupama Centre-Atlantique from May 2016 to October 2019. Prior to this, Kamal held various HR and legal roles at Groupama, including Affaires sociales - Strategie et Conseil RH from 2011 to April 2016, and DRH - Juridique & Relations Sociales from 2003 to 2010. Kamal holds a degree in law as an Avocat from the Cour d'Appel de Bordeaux and a DESS in Droit du Travail from Université de Bordeaux, completed between 1995 and 2000.
