Alan J. Barquilla is the VP, Regional Sales Development, VISMIN at Filinvest Land. Alan has over 18 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing, with a focus on real estate. Alan started their career as a branch manager at Filinvest Land Incorporated in 2001, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, recruitment, and accreditation of brokers. Alan also oversaw the overall management of branch operations and administration. In 2008, they were promoted to VP, Regional Sales Development, VISMIN and has been responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for Filinvest Land’s properties in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Alan has also played a key role in the launch of several new projects, including the Filinvest City in Cebu and the Filinvest Alabang West in Muntinlupa.
