Damian Woodward has over 20 years of professional work experience. Damian began their career in 1992 at Tesco Stores Ltd, where they held various roles in retail store management, trading, personnel management, and marketing. In 1999, they joined Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd as an Account Manager for New Business Development. In 2002, they joined JVC as a NAM and was responsible for around £50mn revenue through key national retail accounts. In 2005, Damian moved to TomTom where they held two roles as VP - Sales and Marketing North America and VP Sales and Marketing UK and Ireland. In 2013, they joined Orbitsound as VP Global Sales and was responsible for leading the global expansion. In 2015, they moved to Whirlpool Corporation - EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) as Sales Director. In 2017, they joined ROLI as Vice President Of Global Sales. In 2019, they joined MATCHDAY DIGITAL LTD as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Filisia as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). As CCO, they were responsible for helping the company build the infrastructure and capability for scale and secure seed investment of £1.

Damian Woodward attended the University of Bristol from 1989 to 1992, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Social Policy and Planning. Prior to that, they attended Wimbledon College from 1983 to 1988.
