Michael Truelove

Michael Truelove has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as the Director of Product Management at Fill-Rite starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Masonite as a Senior Product Manager from 2020 to 2023 and as a Product Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Masonite, they were a Product Manager at Prime Wire & Cable, Inc. from 2017 to 2018, where they oversaw product development, launch coordination, and execution for the extension cord line. Michael also conducted primary consumer research and was responsible for the strategic management of pricing, gross margins, and collateral materials. Michael was a Nonwoven Product Manager at Hanes Industries from 2015 to 2017, where they managed over $30 million in nonwoven textiles and implemented profit strategies to increase gross profits. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at Hattrich Enterprises dba CiCi's Pizza from 2013 to 2015, managing sales and optimizing costs. Michael started their career as a Home Loan Processor at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2012, where they assessed creditworthiness and ensured regulatory compliance.

Michael Truelove attended The University of West Alabama from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics.
