Natalia Sukmanskaya has over 17 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Natalia currently serves as the Head of Global Training and Scientific PR at Laboratoires FILLMED since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Global Marketing Manager at Ipsen Bioinnovation Ltd from May 2018 to April 2020, where they led the global marketing campaign and brand differentiation strategy for Dysport Ax. Before that, they were a Senior Marketing Manager at Ipsen from May 2014 to May 2018, responsible for the marketing strategy of Dysport Aesthetics in Russia and the re-launch of Filorga Filler products.
From 2011 to 2014, Natalia worked as a Senior Product Manager at Sanofi, where they were responsible for the marketing strategy and campaign implementation of key products in neurology, nephrology, and cardiology. Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager at Chiesi Group from 2009 to 2011, leading the marketing strategy and implementation for medical products in neonatology, rare diseases, and onco-hematology.
Natalia started their career as a Junior Product Manager at Merk Serono from 2007 to 2009, where they were responsible for marketing In-Vitro Fertilization products. Natalia began their pharmaceutical career as a Medical Representative at Hexal AG in 2003, eventually becoming a Senior Medical Representative and leading a team of medical representatives.
Natalia Sukmanskaya completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Global MBA from Oxfor Brookes University between 2019 and 2022. Prior to their MBA, they attended the Post Graduate Institute of Moscow from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Marketing Management and Administration. Their educational journey began at Kharkiv Medical University, where they obtained a Medical Doctor degree with a specialization in GP from 1997 to 2003.
