Mobolaji Olambiwonnu is a talented filmmaker and educator with extensive experience in the film industry. Currently serving as a Pillars Artist Fellow at Pillars Fund and a Netflix/Amplifier Fellow at Film Independent, Mobolaji focuses on supporting mid-career Muslim filmmakers and developing feature film projects. As a Director at United Talent Agency and a Touring Speaker for Ferguson Rises LLC, Mobolaji shares insights on filmmaking and the impactful documentary "Ferguson Rises." Additionally, Mobolaji teaches film history with an emphasis on race in cinema as an Adjunct Faculty Member at California State University, Los Angeles. Creative partnership at Dreamseeker Media allows Mobolaji to craft innovative stories, while previous roles include Directing and Writing at Wayfarer Studios and being awarded the Gotham/HBO Fellowship. Mobolaji's production experience extends to leading digital content initiatives at Science 37. Educationally, Mobolaji holds an MFA in Directing from The American Film Institute and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from UCLA.
