Mike Every

Mike Every is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Owner of FilmLaab since August 2022, Mike previously held leadership roles at Paul Mitchell Schools, where responsibilities included Vice President of Finance and Director of Sales and Operations from July 2016 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes various managerial positions at Costco Wholesale, focusing on administration and merchandising, as well as an Assistant General Manager role at McDonald's, where Mike significantly contributed to high-volume operations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho, earned between 2013 and 2017.
