Ben Ryzak

Ben Ryzak has extensive work experience in the legal and corporate field. Ben started their career as a Research Intern at the South Bay AFL-CIO Labor Council in 2012, followed by an internship at CBS Sports Network in Distribution and Affiliate Marketing. In 2014, Ben had internships at Showtime Networks Inc. and The Seltzer Licensing Group, where they gained experience in sports research and licensing. Ben then served as a Judicial Extern at the Los Angeles County Superior Court in 2016. Ben began working at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Legal Intern in 2017 and later joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as an Associate in Corporate & Finance. In 2020, they worked as a Voter Protection Associate for Biden for President. Ben then held the position of director of Business & Legal Affairs at PICTURESTART, before becoming the Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at FilmNation Entertainment in 2023.

Ben Ryzak completed their education at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in the field of Law. Prior to that, they attended New York University from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Attorney from the State Bar of California in December 2018.
