Johnny Holden Sa (CA)

Johnny Holden has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Johnny currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at FilmRise, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Accounting at FilmRise from August 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining FilmRise, Johnny worked at The Siegfried Group from 2015 to 2020. Johnny held several roles at the company, including Associate Director & Team Leader from January 2020 to August 2020, Senior Manager & Team Leader from January 2018 to December 2019, and Manager from January 2015 to December 2017.

Johnny started their career at McGladrey in 2012. Johnny held various positions at the company, including Manager from October 2014 to December 2014, Supervisor from October 2013 to September 2014, and Senior Associate from November 2012 to September 2013.

Johnny Holden's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Accounting from Stellenbosch University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Johnny then pursued a Conversion Course to BCompt Degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2007 to 2009. Building on this, they went on to complete a Bcompt Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, which they attended from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Johnny Holden also obtained the Chartered Accountant (S.A) certification from SAICA CA(SA) in June 2013.
