Noah Wald

Noah Wald has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Noah is currently working at FilmRise as a Senior Director, Business & Legal Affairs. In this role, they are responsible for drafting and negotiating film and television acquisition agreements, tracking agreement and program information, and managing rights distribution agreements.

Prior to their current position, Noah worked at ITVS as a Senior Counsel. Here, they managed a content production and acquisition pipeline for independent documentary films and drafted and negotiated various agreements related to film production, distribution, and licensing.

Before ITVS, Noah gained experience at Dhillon Law Group Inc. as an Associate Attorney, where they independently managed their own caseload and handled civil matters such as copyright infringement and breach of contract.

Noah also worked at Branfman Law Group, P.C. as a Contract Attorney and Law Clerk, where they drafted legal documents and agreements related to intellectual property issues.

Early in their career, Noah was an Associate Attorney at Gaston and Gaston, where they formed business entities and served as general counsel for a microbrewery restaurant.

Noah's work experience also includes being a Teaching Assistant at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where they provided research support and helped teach advanced research techniques.

Noah gained additional legal experience as a Judicial Extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court, where they prepared judicial reports and recommendations and updated court rules.

Noah Wald's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Full Sail University and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician in 2008.
