Cody Spencer

Cody Spencer has worked in the film industry since 2004. Cody began their career at Summit Entertainment as a Manager of International, where they drafted and negotiated distribution contracts, Notices of Assignment, Amendments and Side Letters with foreign film distributors for Summit titles and independent producers using Summit for foreign sales. Cody then moved to Exclusive Media in 2012, where they served as the Director of International Business Affairs. In this role, they drafted foreign distribution contracts for Exclusive's films, library and films made by independent producers. After three years at Exclusive Media, Cody moved to AMBI Distribution in 2015, where they served as Director of Business Affairs. In this role, they drafted distribution contracts with film distributors in foreign countries and the United States for films produced or acquired by AMBI, as well as for their 400 plus library titles. Most recently, Cody has been working as a Functional Consultant at FilmTrack since 2018.

Cody Spencer attended William & Mary from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Film.
