Roberta Alessandrini has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Roberta is currently working as a Lecturer at Job Farm, where they teach communication, brand management, and metaverse-related courses. Roberta also works as a Lecturer at St. John's University, teaching Italian culture through fashion.

Roberta Alessandrini has a diverse education history spanning various fields. In 2008, they attended the University of the Arts London for a degree in interior design, specializing in retail at Central Saint Martins. In 2002, they pursued retail design at Domus Academy. The following year, they took a post-graduate course in art direction for corporate image at Camera Nazionale Della Moda. In 2018, Roberta completed a training course in Lean Management at LEM.
Roberta also engaged in entrepreneurship and economics studies at Innovaction Lab in 2014. In 2012, Roberta participated in a workshop at the Accademia Nazionale di San Luca - Roma on the topic of projecting a museum. Furthermore, they attended workshops on graphic design and illustration at Goethe Institut and MAXXI Roma in 2018.
Roberta also has experience in the creative field, having taken courses such as intensive illustration of a graphic novel at Scuola Romana dei Fumetti and pattern making and manufacturing of leather bags through a private course in 2017 and 2011, respectively. In 2006, they studied cartoon design at MA.GI.CA., and in 2001, they pursued fashion design and costume at KOEFIA.

In terms of certifications, Roberta has obtained several qualifications. Notably, they were certified as a volunteer for Nati per Leggere in March 2023. Roberta also attended an auditor program on instructional design models at the University of Maryland Global Campus in December 2022. Furthermore, they completed programs on social intrapreneurship for innovation in health from Ashoka and online teaching essentials from St. John's University in November and December 2022, respectively. In 2017, Roberta became a certified gymnastics trainer through CONI, and in 2016, they obtained the Ashtanga Teacher YTT200 certification from Yoga Alliance - International. Finally, they earned a Facebook Certified Community Manager certification in August 2021. Additionally, they obtained a DITALS 1 certification as a teacher of Italian as a foreign language for adults and university students from the University of Siena in 2014.
