Imbesat Ahmad is the CEO & Founder of Filo. Previously, they were a Research Assistant at Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS) from May 2014 to July 2014. There, they performed Linear and Non-linear spectroscopy on advanced materials using Terahertz generated through femto-second laser. Prior to that, Imbesat was the Managing Director at Altair Lighting solutions pvt. ltd. from January 2014 to December 2015. There, they were responsible for product development of a mechanically rechargeable low cost & durable lighting kit promoting use of Green Energy. Imbesat was also the General Secretary at IITians For Youth from July 2011 to June 2012 where they conceptualized and led a team of 20 students of IITs to observe ‘Educational Scenario in Maoist prone districts of Bihar’ for 25 days under guidance of D.G.P, Bihar; and organised 10 workshops in 7 cities in association with State Governments & NGOs for 15000+ students.
Imbesat Ahmad graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur with an integrated M.Sc. in Physics. Imbesat also holds a Senior Certificate Examination- CBSE from Loyola High School, Patna.
