Alessia Fanton

Alessia Fanton currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel at Celeste since October 2023 and has held similar roles at FiloBlu since May 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the entire Human Resources Management process, developing HR policies, managing recruitment, and addressing organizational changes. Prior experience includes leading the Legal Department at Moretto from March 2013 to May 2017, where duties involved contract management, dispute resolution, and corporate governance. At Italproject Group from October 2011 to February 2013, Alessia managed the Legal Department and insurance programs. Earlier legal experience includes roles at a law studio and the State Attorney's Office in Venice. Alessia holds a specialist degree in law from the University of Ferrara, earned between 2002 and 2007.
