Bobby Gamba is an accomplished professional with experience in various roles related to museum curation and volunteer work. Currently serving as a Cuaratorial Specialist and Temporary Collections Catalog Assistant at Filoli since December 2022, Bobby manages independent projects involving the care and management of collections, as well as database updates. In addition, Bobby volunteers as a Docent and Warehouse Assistant at the Museum of American Heritage, focusing on technology innovations from 1750 to 1950. Previous experiences include working as a Trench Assistant for the Mt. Lykaion Excavation and Survey Project, and as a Receiving Lead at Outdoor Supply Hardware. Bobby also contributed as a Knowledge Seeker at the International Traditional Knowledge Institute, conducting research to preserve traditional knowledge related to local food systems. Bobby holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and Classics from the University of Arizona.
