Helene Dubuc

Helene Dubuc has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Helene is currently serving as the Director of Events at Filoli since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at OTO Development as the Area Director of Sales from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for leading the Sales Team of two Marriott Hotels and developing sales strategies. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Sales at MetWest Terra, where they successfully led the hotel Sales Team and implemented sales strategies. Before that, they worked at Louvre Hotels Group from 2010 to 2015 as the Senior Key Account Manager - Corporate Sales, overseeing 20 key accounts. Helene started their career at Europcar International in 2007 as a Pricing Analyst, where they quickly progressed and handled pricing strategies and analysis.

Helene Dubuc completed their Master's degree in "Langues Étrangères Appliquées" (Applied Foreign Languages) with a focus on business and management from Université Paris Nanterre, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2004-2005, as part of an Erasmus student exchange program, they attended the University of Westminster to pursue studies in Economics. In 2005-2006, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree - D.E.S.S. "Langues Étrangères Appliquées" from CY Cergy Paris Université, with a similar emphasis on language courses (English/Spanish) related to business and management.
