Xu Bin is currently the SVP and GM for Laboratoires Filorga, a role held since 2021, after serving as the China GM for Clarins from 2019 to 2021. Previously, they managed general operations at L'Oreal from 2000 to 2016 and at NianMei IOT Co., Ltd from 2016 to 2019. Xu Bin also worked as a fashion designer at Caroline Biss in 1993-1994. They earned an MBA in Luxury Goods Management from ESSEC Business School between 1994 and 1996.
