Efren Chaux has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Efren co-founded Filta, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer. Filta specializes in helping eCommerce merchants and Digital Marketing Agencies find, attract, and retain top talent from around the world while saving on staffing costs.

Prior to Filta, Efren co-founded Brown & Chase - Talent Acquisition & Advisory in 2009, where they applied their expertise in executive recruitment and talent strategy. Efren led the company with a professional approach and a commitment to placing exceptional individuals.

Efren also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Talent2 from 2007 to 2009, and as a Principal Consultant at Charterhouse Partnership in 2007. Additionally, they served as a Consultant at Brooklyn International Group from 2004 to 2006 and as a Corporate Account Manager at Strathfield Corporate from 2000 to 2004.

Efren's extensive experience in talent acquisition and business strategy has equipped him with the skills and expertise required for their current role at Filta.

Efren Chaux's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Griffith University. From 1995 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Information Technology with a focus on Software Engineering. During the same year, they also obtained a Diploma in Export Management from Griffith University.

In 2014, Efren Chaux attended Wesleyan University for a brief period and earned a Certificate in Social Psychology.

In terms of additional certifications, they completed an Agile Fundamentals course, including Scrum and Kanban, in June 2022. This certification was obtained from Udemy.
