Joanne Silang is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technical recruiting and global sourcing. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Filta since January 2023, Joanne excels in analyzing job briefs and aligning candidate profiles with position qualifications. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at Remote Workmate, where Joanne collaborated with engineering leadership to implement sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes through data analysis.
