Bart Smelley serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Filter Of Hope Ministry and Filter of Hope, roles held since April 2012. Under Bart Smelley’s leadership, the organization focuses on providing safe drinking water and sharing the “Living Water” of Jesus Christ with families in desperate need globally. Bart Smelley is an alumnus of The University of Alabama.
