Rocky Paap

Rocky Paap has over 20 years of experience in sales and revenue leadership. Rocky began their career in 2002 as an Account Manager, Account Executive, and Sales Manager at AFC. In 2007, they joined SuccessFactors as an Account Executive. Rocky then moved to Box in 2010, where they held the roles of Enterprise Account Executive, Manager of Corporate Accounts, and Manager of Major Accounts, before becoming the Director of Major Accounts. In 2015, they were VP Sales at Blackbird Technologies, Inc., where they built an entire GTM operation from scratch and achieved 10X bookings growth and 10X customer count in less than 12 months. In 2017, they became Head of Enterprise Sales at Periscope Data, followed by Head of Enterprise Sales at Envoy in 2018. In 2020, they joined WorkRamp as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and GTM Advisor. In 2022, they became Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Filtered.ai and Startup Advisor - Fractional CRO at QuotaClimb. Rocky is currently Executive Member at enrich.
